Deep Waters
Deep Waters is about understanding and how to apply what's in the Bible. We need the absolute revelation, not interpretation, of God's written voice. Bible and ministry ignorance is one of the greatest plagues we are facing today, (also known as the Laodicean Church age) and I have the most earnest desire to eradicate this plague from our earthly church today. If you want entry level Bible teaching, or no teaching at all then you can attend your local church, but if you want to get to know God, yes really get to know Him intimately then stay tuned into this podcast and get ready to cast off your arm floaties. No, not all churches are missing it, but in saying this, I challenge you to find one that operates as them ol' preacher boys did in the book of Acts. This ministry isn't trying to get the attention of our Lord Jesus by being the biggest most glamorous, most relevant for today's culture church the heavenly host has ever cast their eyes upon. We are after the one's that know that they know, that they know, there has to be more than what most churches are chatting about in these times. And where, by God, is the power that is to accompany the preachers preach? Christian peeps it is time to pluck our Christian heads out of the sands of inefficiencies and ineffectiveness and join our Lord in the battle on the surface of this earth.
The Podcast Preacher challenges you to get lit for God and to listen to these messages and remain the same as you are when you first tuned in. This will be impossible if you are bent on your God obligated Christian activities and calling. Video's and books will come in there time but for now I guarantee you will not remain as you are if you engage in these messages.
The Podcast Preacher is called, appointed, and anointed to help you grow. I have been given the gift of Teacher and it is flowing in and pouring out to all who can hear and see what the Lord is doing these days.
A final word to the wise: you will hear things that you will not hear in more than 95% of today’s churches, and that is fine, that is why God is always using the uncommon man to move His church forward. Each of the more than 470 messages is fully supported by scripture so that you can do your own research and look into these things that God is saying during these no doubt end times. This is not an end times ministry, it is teaching, a getting to know God intimately ministry. It is a ministry of encouragement and of accelerated spiritual growth. The only promise that we can make is if you, yes it is, if you hear and do what is in these messages then normal goes out the window. This is Bible confirmed and backed by the good fruit of this ministry.
1 Cor 3:1-3 - 3 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. 2 I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; 3 for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?
Much love - your Podcast Preacher

Why The Nerve Of The Man On The Cross Next To Jesus
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Now that’s an interesting title and long as well for such a short revelation. I will be simply contrasting a couple of bible characters and then ask some questions. Now when I ask those questions if you maintain a stiff upper lip and decide to never tune in again, then for sure this podcast is not for you. I am only interested in those who are teachable and who maintain a humble spirit. Am I greater than Jesus that I would be able to convince a stiff-necked, hard-hearted student that effective learning is proven effective by how much you are willing to change. And but if you are not willing to change then again who am I? If Jesus didn’t violate someone’s free will, even if it meant hell down the road, then how can I? I would be in great error to try. The receipt of truth is determined by a Holy Spirit working in the open minds and hearts of those who can receive His truth.
A teacher’s job must remain grounded in truth and in love but separate from the emotional whims of this or that person. The truth need not be adjusted, or as is happening in these very days, being compromised so that it comes off inclusive and acceptance of everyone. This is not how it works says God in and all over His bible:
2 Tim 2:15 - Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Have you ever wondered why the office of teacher does not exist in many churches? I wonder what Paul, Jesus or the Holy Spirit would have to say about that (John 14:26).
My thought is that it is a rare bird who gets taught so well and applies their greatest efforts in learning that by practicing what it being taught that they might be like their teacher:
Luke 6:40 - 40 A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher.
I like to think that perfectly trained could also be stated “completely and thoroughly trained.” So, why so few ever make this mark? Because the devil has found a way to puff up the people of God causing them to balk at new revelation (1 Cor 8:1). I think it also involves a spirit of fear, and reflects a gap in our faith that God can keep us from falling into error (2 Tim 1:7).

Hello, this is Ken, your podcast preacher. Welcome back to my podcast, Deep Waters. This podcast is brought to you by Applied Strengths Ministry, where we believe working together in our strengths is the effect of working out the will and calling of God and into our lives. Thanks for joining me. Let's open up in prayer. Blessed be the God and Father of your Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed you with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ, just as he chose you and him before the foundation of the world, that you should be holy and without blame before him in love, having predestined you to adoption as a son or daughter by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, which he purposed in himself, to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he made you accepted and beloved. In him ye have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace, which he made to abound towards you in all wisdom and purpose, having made known to you the mystery of his will, that in the dispensation and the fullness of the times, we may gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth in him. And that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation, and the knowledge of the mystery of him, and to the deepest knowledge of him that you are willing and able to receive, that the eyes of your understanding would be open wider, and that you would be enlightened to who he is, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in you, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power towards you who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, that he would grant that you would be strengthened with might through his spirit in the inner man, in and through your spirit and heart, and that you would be able to stand against your flesh, this world, and the devil in and through any in all temptations. I pray that your love may abound more and more in all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense until the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ of the glory and praise of God. Ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will and all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing him, being fruitful in every good work, strengthened with all might according to his glorious power, in all patience and long suffering with joy, giving thanks to the Father who has qualified you to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints, who walk in the light. Pray that your hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love and unity, and that you would attain to all the riches of the full assurance of understanding, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which has been given to each of my listeners by Christ Jesus, that you are enriched in everything by Him, in all utterance and all knowledge, so that you do not come short in obtaining or operating in your calling and purpose, nor in using any spiritual gifts or talents, eagerly waiting for the continued revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the near coming day of our Lord Jesus, God is faithful by whom you are called into the fellowship of His Son. Okay, so now therefore, my sisters and brothers in Christ, when things get tough, think about whatever things are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, and whatever things are of a good report. If there is any virtue, and if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things alone. I pray that in these very days that you would let your love be without hypocrisy, hate and loathe what is evil, cling to what is good and righteous, be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor, giving preference to one another, not lagging in diligence, fervent and fully engulfed in spiritual fire, serving the Lord, rejoicing in hope, walking in the peace of God, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfast in prayer, distributing to the needs of the saints, that is each other, and that you would be given to hospitality. May the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like minded towards one another, according to Christ Jesus, that we learn to be of one mind and one accord, operating completely and fully in love and unity, always striving for the working out of God's specific will for each of our lives, while working in partnership with each other within the church and the Holy Spirit, as He manifests as miracle signs and wonders through the daily activities of our ministry and kingdom work, and while we also go out preaching the gospel in word and deed. Let us love and serve one another, our enemy, and those who wouldn't expect us to do so, considering each person better than ourselves. Find up any words or thoughts that are contrary to the love of God, or which would set you back in your Christian walk. Ah, step out in faith today and walk with God, being assured that nothing will separate you from Him as long as you abide in Him. Call those things that don't exist as though they do. Remember He that is in you is greater than He that is in the world. Be more than a conqueror today, submitting to the will of God in everything. Let each of us express uncompromising love towards one another and humility while maintaining a teachable spirit. I pray that God will give you the revelation within this message that He intends you to receive with the understanding. Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. Jesus' name we pray amen. The title of this message is Why the Nerve of the Man on the Cross Next to Jesus Now that's an interesting title and long, as well as for such a short revelation. I will be simply contrasting a couple of Bible characters and then ask some questions. Now when I ask those questions, if you maintain a stiff upper lip and decide to never tune in again, then for sure this podcast is not for you. I'm only interested in those who are teachable and who maintain a humble spirit. And but if you are not willing to change, then again, who am I? If Jesus didn't violate someone's free will, even if it meant hell down the road, then how can I? I would be in great error to try. The receipt of truth is determined by a Holy Spirit working in the open minds and hearts of those who can receive his truth. A teacher's job must remain grounded in truth and in love, but separate from the emotional whims of this or that person. The truth need not be adjusted, or, as it is happening in these very days, being compromised so that it comes off inclusive and acceptance of everyone. This is not how it works, says God in and all over in his Bible. Second Timothy two fifteen. Be diligent to present yourselves approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Have you ever wondered why the office of teacher does not exist in many churches? I wonder what Paul, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit would have to say about that John fourteen twenty six. My thought is that it is a rare bird who gets taught so well and applies their greatest efforts in learning that by practicing what is being taught, that they might be like their teacher Luke six forty. A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher. I like to think that perfectly trained could also be stated completely and thoroughly trained. So why so few ever make this mark? Because the devil has found a way and to puff up the people of God, causing them to balk at new revelation eight. I think it also involves a spirit of fear and reflects a gap in our faith that God can keep us from falling into error. Anyone can miss it in God, regardless of what you were called to do, but if we get so skeptical that when new revelation comes, you first of all shake your head at the revelation and say within yourself This cannot be. Then you have joined a whole group of people who didn't believe in anything Jesus said John six, fifty three through fifty six. Why? Because he represented a new revelation and change, and those with a stiff upper lip, and my definition of a stiff upper lip is those who believe that they are the guardians of God's word, and have all of the understanding that they will ever need. But it is on record that almost, like I would say ninety nine point six percent, plus or minus, all of the Pharisees, Sadducees, attorneys, teachers, and scribes that apparently were the Old Testament guardians, you know, the experts of their day, completely missed it. The very gatekeepers of the Old Testament missed it, and off to hell they went, not because they didn't pursue God, but because they weren't open to God's new revelation at that time. And so but rant on as I might, and it isn't to blow off steam, but to sound an alarm, that Satan isn't changing his strategies. All church divisions prove this weapon that he uses works. More on that in an upcoming message. So who can obtain such a gift of salvation and maintain an open spirit so that they get in? Nope, more like so what is it that we hold on to that we think distinguishes us from others? Not other non believers, fake believers, make believers, or those in the valley of indecision, but I mean each other as Christians. So what I mean directly is what works, that is what we do in the Lord, or outside of the Lord, or previous testimonies do we carry around as if those things are our identity? And so when those things, or like when our current level of knowledge of God is challenged, and we buck off the new information like a bull does to his cowboy rider, why is the question that must be answered before the roots of bitterness creep in and take a hold? Hebrews twelve fifteen. Another angle, and then I will say along. If you only believe what you know about the Bible to be true, what need do you have of any of the other ministry gifts? Most often this happens to skeptics and those who are afraid that their salvation hangs on the thread, and if they perchance open up to the idea that a learning moment has been placed right in front of them to ingest with their entire being, but then they simply refuse because they have never heard of such things. Ah, this is so widespread in our churches today. We only believe what our pastor preaches on because we do not work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. We have become content to be one of the virgins that lacks sufficient oil to get us into the door when Jesus makes his calling. Our whole walk with God is based on what somebody else reads out of the Bible. We don't do any reading on our own, and this has created a massive, lukewarm body of believers. I personally would rather make a hundred mistakes with God than to refuse or reject one of his teaching moments just because I might not currently have a mental and spiritual slot for it. But perhaps this is just me. So we have an interesting story about a man who fasted, prayed regularly, attended church religiously, tithed and offered, flowed in his teaching ministry gift, and no doubt put in the time to be a great teacher of his day. But well, and let's get to the story. John three, one twenty one. There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him. Notice he's talking about the works of Jesus and not just his words. Jesus answered and said to him, Most assuredly I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus said to him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born? No doubt he also thought, Jesus, don't be ridiculous. I'm smarter than that. Now note here that this is new revelation that Nicodemus had never heard. Verse five. Jesus answered, Most assuredly I say to you, unless one is born of water and the spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, that which is born of the spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, you must be born again. The wind, that is the Holy Spirit, blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit. You see, Jesus continued on with the same new revelation. The Holy Spirit was new in the New Testament. Oh he was around in the Old Testament, but the relationship between him and man was very different. Verse nine. Nicodemus answered and said to him, How can these things be? Jesus answered and said to him, Are you the teacher of Israel? And you do not know these things? Okay, see, we have a teacher who was considered a high level teacher, until that is he ran into the one who was called the spirit of prophecy Revelation nineteen ten. Worship God, for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. On we go verse eleven. Most assuredly I say to you, we speak what we know and testify what we have seen, and you do not receive our witness. If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended to heaven but he who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. Now that is also new revelation because Jesus is right there on earth telling him that the Son of Man is in heaven. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Again Jesus is talking about revelation. This means spiritually perish, not in the flesh, for we all die in the flesh. seventeen for God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. He who believes in him is not condemned, but he who does not believe in him is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation that the light has come into the world, and but men love darkness rather than light. There's your free will right there. Men loved darkness rather than light. This is why people reject Jesus. This is why they don't want to hear the gospel, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, least his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen that they have been done in God. Alright, if we read later on at the crucifixion of Jesus, Nicodemus most likely opened up to the new revelation of Jesus and obtained his salvation, and later on we might find out how that happened. John nineteen thirty eight through forty two. Okay, so maybe there's an easier way to get into heaven. Let's look at another chap and see how it goes. Matthew twenty seven forty four. Even the robbers who were crucified with him reviled him with the same thing. Mark fifteen thirty two. Let the Christ, the King of Israel, descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe. Even those who were crucified with him reviled him. Okay, so this isn't going well for either of those thieves, right? Luke twenty three thirty nine. Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed him, saying, If you are the Christ, save yourself and us. Personally I wouldn't want that thief praying for me. Okay, so but we see something is different in the statement, don't we? One of them. What was the other doing or thinking? Ah, the rest of what was happening was following in the very next verse Luke twenty three, forty through forty three. But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we receive the due rewards of our deeds. But this man has done nothing wrong. Then he said to Jesus, Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom. And Jesus said to him, Assuredly I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise. Don't we have another similar story? Whereby a farmer hired people to work eight hours on his farm, and then six hours and four hours, and finally the last hour, and yet when it came time for payday, they all got paid the same amount. So we have some people who are Christians for their whole life, and we have some who got into paradise by the hair of their chinny chin's head. This man talked as if he had hung around with Jesus his whole life. How did he know that this man did nothing wrong? I have a suspicion, and it's just me, that he did indeed know who Jesus was. And but maybe it was just in the eyes of Jesus when he looked over and made that statement. So what in a tea bone stake is going on here? This man didn't go to church, he didn't tithe a single penny, he didn't pray or intercede for the other thief. He didn't tell Jesus that he loved him and wanted off of the cross, and that after he transported him to Timbuktu, he would begin an evangelistic campaign, no religious fasting, maybe some prison fasting, but this is not the same thing. No church or synagogue attendance, no church denominational or non denominational affiliation. Why that guy didn't even get baptized? And that thief looks over at Jesus after making fun of him for being in that situation, and he must have caught the eyes of Jesus. Now we can take some creative liberty as if I haven't already done so and see that Jesus preached even while hanging from the cross. Ah, but that too is for another message. And as the thief looks into the eyes of love and innocence, he sees God and truth, and then has the nerve to ask if Jesus would remember him in paradise. I don't even hear that man repenting of his sins. He confessed them, at least the one that got him on the cross, but he didn't even ask for forgiveness. Now I'm not changing doctrine, so don't go the way of the thief. It's just an example for this story, and these things are in your Bible too. So by the way, how did the thief know anything about paradise? Was he religiously knowledgeable? Did he remember his possible synagogue upbringing if he was in fact brought up in one? Let's contemplate the imaginable. Isaiah prophecy that Jesus would be born in the following manner seven hundred and fifty years plus or minus before it happened Isaiah seven hundred fourteen. Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Emmanuel. What did Micah know in his days about Jesus seven hundred years before it happened? Micah two but you, Bethlehem, Ephrath, though you are little among the thousands of Judea, yet out of you shall come forth to me, the one to be ruler in Israel, whose goings forth are from old, from everlasting. Ah, Isaiah has something he wants to share with us again. It also took place about seven hundred years later, Isaiah nine, six through seven. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government will be upon his shoulder, and his name will be called wonderful, counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, of the increase of his government and peace, there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over his kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward even forever, the zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. Jeremiah just rang in and wants to speak his mind on the subject, of which he did about six hundred to six hundred and thirty years before it happened. Jeremiah twenty three, five through six. Behold the days are coming, says the Lord, that I will raise to David a branch of righteousness, a king shall reign and prosper, and execute judgment and righteousness in the earth. In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell safely. Now this is his name by which he will be called, the Lord, our righteousness. King David prophesied of his crucifixion a thousand years before it happened. Psalm twenty two. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me and from my words of my groaning? Oh my God, I cry in the daytime, but you do not hear, and in the night season, and am not silent. But you are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel. Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted and you delivered them. They cried to you and were delivered, they trusted in you and were not ashamed. But I am a worm and no man, a reproach of men, and despised by the people. All those who see me ridicule. ridicule me. They shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying, He trusted in the Lord, let him rescue him, let him deliver him, since he delights in him. But you are he who took me out of the womb. You made me trust while on my mother's breast. I was cast upon you from birth. From my mother's womb you have been my God. Be not far from me, for trouble is near, for there is none to help. Many bulls have surrounded me, strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me, they gape at me with their mouths, like a raging and roaring lion, I am poured out like water, all my bones are out of joint, my heart is like wax, it has melted within me, my strength is dried up like a pot sherd, and my tongue clings to my jaw. You have brought me to the dust of death, for dogs have surrounded me, the congregation of the wicked has enclosed me. They pierce my hands and my feet, I can count on my bones, they look and stare at me, they divide my garments among them, and for my clothing they cast lots. But you, O Lord, do not be far from me. Ah my strength, hasten to help me. Deliver me from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog, save me from the lion's mouth, and from the horns of the wild oxen. You have answered me. I will declare your name to my brethren, in the midst of the assembly I will praise you. You who fear the Lord praise him. All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him, and fear him, all you offspring of Israel, for he is not despised, nor arboured the affliction of the afflicted, nor has he hidden his face from him. But when he cried to him he heard My praise shall be of you in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him, the poor shall eat and be satisfied. Those who seek him will praise the Lord. Let your heart live forever. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations shall worship before you, for the kingdom is the Lord's, and he rules over the nations. All the prosperous of the earth shall eat and worship, all those who go down to the dust shall bow before him. Even he who cannot keep himself alive, a posterity shall serve him. It will be recounted of the Lord to the next generation. They will come and declare his righteousness to a people who will be born, that he has done this. Isaiah prophesied seven hundred and fifty years plus or minus that Jesus would be crucified Isaiah fifty two fourteen just as many were astonished at you, so his visage was marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men. And so was the thief's memory of what was prophesied about Jesus enough for him to skate past all of the religious requirements or love tasks that we do for Jesus today and get him by the hair of his chiny chin chin? Yes, no doubt, and it is just a maybe that Nicodemus had watched the thief drama unfold, and it was the final nail in his coffin of living by the law. Okay, so look there are about three hundred plus Old Testament prophecies about the life and death of Jesus. The probability of that happening is well let's Google AI and do some math. Ah but this will be much funner than trigonometry or that funky letter math. The mathematical probability of Jesus fulfilling just eight specific Old Testament prophecies is one in one hundred quadrillion. For all three hundred plus Messianic prophecies, the odds are virtually impossible by chance, often cited as one in ten to the one hundred and fifty seventh power. These calculations illustrate that such fulfillment cannot be explained by mere coincidence. Key probability estimates and examples eight prophecies if just eight prophecies not all three hundred, but if just eight prophecies were fulfilled, there is one in one hundred quintillion chances that they would happen. That is ten to the seventeenth power. For forty eight prophecies it's one in ten to the one hundred and fifty seventh power. For three hundred plus prophecies it's one in ten to the something well over two hundred zeros. Hey so I will give you a dollar if you can pronounce that number so an example if we just looked at eight prophecies coming to pass it might look something like this you would have to cover the state of Texas two feet deep in silver dollar coins and picking one marked coin on the first try. That equals the eight prophecy odds that's what it would be like to get just eight prophecies fulfilled precisely as they were predicted. Examples of fulfilled prophecies birthplace born in Bethlehem Micah two one in two hundred and eighty thousand betrayal price thirty pieces of silver Zechariah eleven twelve one in ten thousand method of death crucifixion Psalm twenty two sixteen one in ten thousand by the way when King David prophesied that crucifixion wasn't even a method of death trial silent before the accusers Isaiah fifty three seven one in ten thousand these figures were calculated by Peter Stoner in Science Speaks and verified by the American Scientific Affiliation. Hey notice science is working with religion? Somebody in that industry must get converted just looking at these numbers and statistical probabilities or improbabilities I guess like it is today, the numbers are always subject to interpretation Well and since we are on a math run, as we near the end, think upon these numbers. Google AI has volunteered to assist us, and but these numbers will not be artificial as she is yes that was a dig on artificial not real intelligence. The statistical probability of approximately two thousand Bible prophecies being fulfilled by chance is considered by proponents of biblical prophecy to be virtually impossible, often cited as less than one in ten to the two thousandths power. Such calculations are based on the premise that these prophecies are independent, accurate in detail and written centuries before the events took place. Key details regarding this probability include total prophecies out of roughly twenty five hundred total prophecies in the Bible, about two thousand have been fulfilled with no errors. Look for a minute at the strength of stupid we have all of the available information that we would ever need regarding the existence of God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, and yet science proving beyond the limits of our own imagination that the probability that these things could ever have occurred perfectly is a number out of reach, and but is precisely accurate and true. All two thousand Bible prophecies that have been fulfilled are provable without prejudice and yet we in the face of the immovable data wall such as this find a way to disbelieve. This is how deep stupid and foolishness is and my friends, in these end of days we will see the manifestation of stupid and foolishness exponentially compounded, as in the first days back when Noah was building the SS Minnow. You see if I were Jesus I would be tempted to cheat and somehow supernaturally scare the fake believers, the make believers, the nonbelievers, and those in the valley of indecision into believing that this stuff is real, just so I didn't have to watch him go to hell. And this is why I am not Jesus. No doubt he might say if they cannot see it in the numbers they will not believe even if they get supernaturally spooked into reality and I would tend to agree with them. Back to the numbers key details regarding this probability include probability calculation because each prophecy's fulfillment by chance is estimated to be less than one in ten, the compounded odds of all two thousand being fulfilled by chance is less than one in two thousand followed by two thousand zeros. Notice that's not one in ten. That's one in two thousand followed by an additional two thousand zeros. Specific examples for comparison studies on Messianic prophecies suggest that just eight to forty eight specific prophecies being fulfilled by one person would have the odds in the range of one in ten to the seventeenth power to one in tenth to the one hundred and fifty seventh power significance. Proponents use these figures to argue for divine inspiration, suggesting such accuracy is not possible through human foresight alone. And if I were to write a book for the Bible I would call it duh the book of duh but that probably wouldn't be helpful would it? So the final note on this is the figures provided above are based on interpretations from scholars and apologists regarding Bible prophecy. But in truth the scientists could also get the same numbers out of the Bible and they would come up with the exact same thing. After all it was scientists that helped come up with those numbers. Okay so well whatever converted the thief and Nicodemus we should know that he has looked upon us with the same grace. Maybe the thief was really good at math and was running the numbers so to speak while the other thief was running his mouth. And but one more thing before we wrap this up it is astoundingly, unimaginably, unfathomably difficult to put together the totality of spiritual ignorance, the power of stiff neckedness and hard heartedness, and let's not leave out spiritual pride and whatever other demonic things were happening that the devil won over to his side on the Pharisees, Sadducees, attorneys, teachers and scribes, and that the thief who did not share in any of their religiousness got in and they didn't crushing is the thought that this will happen in these days to many who are all up to speed on God, but that they do not allow him to bring them further revelation into who he is will these go to hell? No, probably not but there are no redoes in heaven to my knowledge how you go in is your position for all of eternity. Now I could be wrong, as I am not a heaven expert but why not get all that we can right now in these days and not take any chances? You could say that we live in a world that is a lot like an etchiscat. If we blow it we shake the etchiscatch through repentance with God and start again. Should we take on the spirit of the thief and do nothing but pray every day that Jesus would remember us? Let's see an example of this and see if it worked. Matthew seven twenty two through twenty three Many will say to me in that day, Lord Lord, have we not prophesied in your name, cast out demons in your name, and done many wonders in your name? Then I will declare to them, I never knew you depart from me, you who practice lawlessness. Ah but now we have a new twist and that these guys must have looked religious to all the onlookers who watched as they performed these miracle signs and wonders. And but now they are told by Jesus, I don't know you? Do we have the same thing happening today? Yes, to the power of ten with a quintillion zeros behind it. And but we will leave that issue for the frazzled future and teach it another time. Take on the spirit of Nicodemus and press in until you get a revelation knowledge that breaks through regarding your Jesus. You cannot work your way up to this level. It comes through an open teachable heart and both Nicodemus and the thief were teachable. Let's close in prayer may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all so that he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before your God and Father at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints. Now may the God of peace be the one in whom we call wonderful counselor, mighty God everlasting Father, the Prince of peace may he himself sanctify you completely and may your whole spirit soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. To our Lord of Lords and our King of Kings, to our high and lifted up great high priest who has once and for all paid the price that you might see and hear God. May he hear and respond to our prayers. To our God we stand and pray as he too always lives to make intercession for you while seated at the right hand of the Father. May the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead that great shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the everlasting covenant make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you what is well pleasing in his sight. Through Jesus Christ to whom we glory forever and ever, in Jesus' name we pray amen. Well that's it for today.
