Deep Waters
Deep Waters is about understanding and how to apply what's in the Bible. We need the absolute revelation, not interpretation, of God's written voice. Bible and ministry ignorance is one of the greatest plagues we are facing today, (also known as the Laodicean Church age) and I have the most earnest desire to eradicate this plague from our earthly church today. If you want entry level Bible teaching, or no teaching at all then you can attend your local church, but if you want to get to know God, yes really get to know Him intimately then stay tuned into this podcast and get ready to cast off your arm floaties. No, not all churches are missing it, but in saying this, I challenge you to find one that operates as them ol' preacher boys did in the book of Acts. This ministry isn't trying to get the attention of our Lord Jesus by being the biggest most glamorous, most relevant for today's culture church the heavenly host has ever cast their eyes upon. We are after the one's that know that they know, that they know, there has to be more than what most churches are chatting about in these times. And where, by God, is the power that is to accompany the preachers preach? Christian peeps it is time to pluck our Christian heads out of the sands of inefficiencies and ineffectiveness and join our Lord in the battle on the surface of this earth.
The Podcast Preacher challenges you to get lit for God and to listen to these messages and remain the same as you are when you first tuned in. This will be impossible if you are bent on your God obligated Christian activities and calling. Video's and books will come in there time but for now I guarantee you will not remain as you are if you engage in these messages.
The Podcast Preacher is called, appointed, and anointed to help you grow. I have been given the gift of Teacher and it is flowing in and pouring out to all who can hear and see what the Lord is doing these days.
A final word to the wise: you will hear things that you will not hear in more than 95% of today’s churches, and that is fine, that is why God is always using the uncommon man to move His church forward. Each of the more than 470 messages is fully supported by scripture so that you can do your own research and look into these things that God is saying during these no doubt end times. This is not an end times ministry, it is teaching, a getting to know God intimately ministry. It is a ministry of encouragement and of accelerated spiritual growth. The only promise that we can make is if you, yes it is, if you hear and do what is in these messages then normal goes out the window. This is Bible confirmed and backed by the good fruit of this ministry.
1 Cor 3:1-3 - 3 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. 2 I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; 3 for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?
Much love - your Podcast Preacher

If We Don’t Know When He Is Returning Reasonably Speaking Why Watch
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
So, I was reading a book titled, “Summoning The Demon – AI, Aliens, & The Antichrist written by Alan Didio and came across this obscure section which talked about how we are to watch for the return of Jesus. I thought perhaps having already done messages on this subject, specifically addressing the scripture, that I should touch on it again:
Matthew 24:36 - 36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.
I didn’t buy the book for this reason as I already agree with the position of watching. And but I also believe that this statement is a Jewish idiom which is defined as:
A Jewish idiom is a figurative phrase rooted in Jewish culture, religion, or language. They often originate from ancient Biblical Hebrew, the Aramaic of the Talmud, or Yiddish. These expressions rely on cultural context and rarely make sense if translated literally into English.
I thought to look up just how many idioms there are in the bible so that we understand that it is very common to use them:
There is no official or single number for how many Jewish and Hebraic idioms are in the Bible. Biblical scholars estimate there are thousands of idioms and Hebraisms woven throughout both the Old and New Testaments. Because idioms rely on cultural and linguistic nuances, literal translations often miss their true meanings.
Understanding these idioms requires looking at the Hebraic background of the texts. Some of the most common and widely recognized biblical idioms and phrases include:
- "By the skin of one's teeth" (Job 19:20): Means surviving or escaping a disaster with nothing to spare.
- "Apple of one's eye" (Psalm 17:8): Refers to something incredibly cherished or protected.
- "Gird up your loins" (2 Kings 4:29): Means preparing for action or getting ready for a difficult journey.
- "A drop in the bucket" (Isaiah 40:15): Represents a very small, insignificant amount.

Hello, this is Ken, your podcast preacher. Welcome back to my podcast Deep Waters. This podcast is brought to you by Applied Strengths Ministry, where we believe working together on our strengths is the effect of working out the will and calling of God in and through our lives. Thanks for joining me. Let's open up in prayer. Blessed be the God and Father of your Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed you with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. Just as he chose you and him before the foundation of the world, that you should be holy and without blame before him in love, having predestined you to adoption as a son or daughter by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, which he purposed in himself, to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he made you accepted and beloved. In him ye have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace, which he made to abound towards you in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to you the mystery of his will, that in the dispensation of the fullness of times, you might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth in him. As that the God of our Lord Jesus, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation, and the knowledge of the mystery of him, and to the deepest knowledge of him that you are willing and able to receive, that the eyes of your understanding would be open wider, and that you would be enlightened to who he is, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in you, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power towards you, who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which you worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead, and seated him in his right hand in the heavenly places, that he would grant that you would be strengthened with might through his spirit in the inner man, entered through your spirit and heart, consistently walking in the spirit, so that you would be able to stand against the appetites of your flesh, the corrupted spirit of this world, and the devil and his demons, in and through enemy in all fleshly desires and temptations. I pray that your love may abound more and more in all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be real about your Christianity and undefendable until the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness, love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, which are by Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit, to the glory and praise of God. Walk by the Spirit and in the light. I pray that your hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love and unity, and that you would attain to all the riches of the full assurance of understanding, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which has been given to each of my listeners by Christ Jesus, that you are enriched in everything by him, in all utterance and all knowledge, so that you do not come short in obtaining or operating in your calling and purpose, nor in using any spiritual gifts or talents to perform mighty miracle signs and wonders, and that we would do the greater works of Jesus yet to be accomplished, that we would be found eagerly waiting for the continued revelation of our Lord Jesus, who will confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the near coming of the day of our Lord. God is faithful by whom you are called into the fellowship of his Son Jesus. Okay, so now therefore, my sisters and brothers in Christ, when things get tough, think about whatever things are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, and whatever things are of a good report. If there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things alone. I pray that in these very end of time days that you would let your love be without hypocrisy. Show people your faith by your works and service and love. Hate and loathe what is evil, cling to what is good and righteous, be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another, not lagging in diligence, fervent and fully engulfed in spiritual fire, serving the Lord, rejoicing in hope, walking in the peace of God, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer, distributing to the needs of the saints, that is each other, and that you would be given the hospitality. May the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like minded towards one another, according to Christ Jesus, that we learn to be of one mind and one accord, striving to get along no matter what disagreements we may encounter, operating completely and fully in love, always striving for the working out of God's specific will for each of our lives, while working in partnership with each other within the church and the Holy Spirit, as He manifests His miracle signs and wonders through the daily activities of our ministry and kingdom work, and while we also go out preaching the gospel and word indeed. Let us love and serve one another, our enemy, and those who wouldn't expect us to do so, considering each person better than ourselves. Bind up any words or thoughts that are contrary to the love of God or which would set you back in your Christian walk. Guard your hearts from anything that would hinder the growth of your character. Never forget that you can do all things in Christ, and never forget that this means all things. Step out in faith today and walk with God and with each other, being assured that nothing will separate you from Him as long as you abide in Him. Call those things that don't exist as though they do. Remember the faith of God of which we have, created the universe is by the Rama and Logos Word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible. All that you need to do for this life is invisible until you apply your faith to receive it. But you must make your request to God without fear, doubting, or unbelief. Never forget that he who is in you is greater than he that is in the world. Be more than a conqueror today, submitting to the will of God in everything. Never forget that you can do all things through Christ, who will strengthen you this very day. Let each of us express uncompromising love towards one another and humility, while maintaining a teachable spirit, seeking to grow no matter how much it challenges our current thinking. I pray that God will give you the revelation within this message that He intends you to receive with the understanding. Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of his knowledge in every place. In Jesus' name we pray amen. The title of this message is If we don't know when he is returning, reasonably speaking, why watch? So I was reading a book titled Summoning the Demon AI, Aliens, and the Antichrist, written by Alan Didial, and came across this obscure section which talked about how we are to watch for the return of Jesus. I thought perhaps having already done messages on this subject, specifically addressing the scripture, that I should touch on it again. Matthew twenty four thirty six. But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but my father only. I didn't buy the book for this reason, as I already agree with the position of watching, and but I also believe that this statement is a Jewish idiom, which is defined as a Jewish idiom is a figurative phrase rooted in Jewish culture, religion or language. They often originate from ancient biblical Hebrew, the Aramaic of the Talmud or Yiddish. These expressions rely on cultural context and rarely make sense if translated literally into English. I thought to look up just how many idioms there are in the Bible, so that we understand it is very common to use them. There is no official or single number for how many Jewish and Hebrewic idioms are in the Bible. Bible scholars estimate there are thousands of idioms and Hebrewisms woven throughout both the Old Testament and New Testament. Because idioms rely on cultural and linguistic nuances, literal translations often miss their true meaning. Understanding these idioms require looking at the Hebrew background of the texts. Some of the most common and widely recognized biblical idioms and phrases include by the skin of one's teeth, Job nineteen twenty. It means surviving or escaping a disaster with nothing to spare. Apple of one's eye, Psalm seventeen eight, refers to something incredibly cherished or protected. Gird up your loins, second Kings four twenty nine, means preparing for action or getting ready for a difficult journey. A drop in the bucket, Isaiah forty fifteen represents a very small, insignificant amount. The way of woman, Genesis thirty one thirty five, an idiom for menstruation. Answered and said Matthew twenty one, a frequent introduction to a statement meaning someone simply began speaking. From Dan to Bathsheba, Judges twenty one, an idiom meaning the entirety of the land of Israel. To know Genesis four, used as a euphemism for having sexual relations. Alhapanim literally means on the face. This idiom is used to describe a massive failure or something that is going terribly. Chuspa, an iconic term for supreme confidence, audacity, or nerve that often borders on arrogance. Taman et Yadu Basilat literally translated as buried his hand in the dish. This idiom means a person is idling away their time or refusing to work. Mishagender, derived from the Hebrew word for crazy, this idiom describes someone who is acting foolishly or erratically. Barba and literally with four eyes, but actually meaning a private, face to face conversation with no one else present. Now the idiom I'm most interested in for this message is the one no one knows the day or hour, and yes, it has stirred up a lot of debate and discussion. I do support the idea that we can know within reason without falling into the area of date setting, that is when Jesus is going to return. And this is why the core of this message is on how many times Jesus tells us to be paying attention. No one knows a day or hour is widely considered by many to be a Jewish idiom and direct reference to the Feast of Trumpets, Yamtura or Rashahana. However, its status as a recognized cultural idiom is debated among scholars and theologians. The connection to the Feast of Trumpets stems from how the holiday was historically observed. Of the seven Levitical feasts, Yamtura is the only one that begins on a new moon. Because the start of the month depends on the physical sighting of the new crescent moon by two witnesses, the exact start time could not be calculated in advance. That's important to understand. Witnesses had to report to the Sanhedrin in Jerusalem who would then declare the new moon and officially start the feast. Because of this potential delay, the festival was frequently celebrated over a two day period. Consequently, Jews referred to Jan Tura as the day that no one knows a day or hour. Many Christians believe Jesus' use of the phrase in Matthew twenty four thirty six was a cultural illusion, indicating his return would align with this feast. That too is also important to understand. The seven feasts in the Bible represent the life of Jesus, and thus far he has fulfilled four of them on the precise date of the feast. I do not think it is careless to make this observation as we move to the next feast, which is the feast of trumpets. Listen, Jesus has fulfilled four of the seven biblical feasts, all of which occurred during his first coming. These spring and early summer feasts align perfectly with the timeline of his death, resurrection, and descending of the Holy Spirit. The four feasts fulfilled are the Passover. Jesus was crucified on the exact day of the Passover, acting as the ultimate sacrificial lamb. Unleavened bread, Jesus was buried during the feast, symbolizing the removal of sin, leaven, through his sinless life and sacrifice. First fruits, Jesus resurrected on the day of the first fruits, representing the first fruits of the resurrection from the dead. And weeks, Pentecost, fifty days after Passover, the Holy Spirit was poured out on the church during this feast. The remaining three feasts, which is the Feast of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, and the Feast of Tabernacles, fall in the autumn and are widely believed by scholars to await fulfillment in connection with Christ's second coming. Okay, so back to the discussion regarding the Jewish idiom, no one knows a day or the hour, which as we can see now, is the very next feast event to be taking place. Views on the interpretation of this phrase are heavily discussed, with opinions differing on whether it refers specifically to the feast of trumpets, ancient wedding customs, or serves as a general warning about date setting. My only problem with the argument against this particular feast is that Jesus fulfilled the previous feast precisely, and so why, in this feast with a variable date, would you not meet it on point as well? Jewish idiom or not? Should we answer the question of why we should watch, wait, look, and anticipate the return of Jesus? Pay attention to the language as there is more being said than just watch in some of these scriptures, like for example, praying for his return. And so but if you are praying for his return, then you would also be watching for it. I will also be including the scriptures at times that will also discuss the downside of not watching. And since God is not a god of contradictions, he wouldn't say, Well no one's going to know when God's going to return, and yet I want you to be watching. That doesn't make any sense. Matthew six ten, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, asking and looking for the return of Jesus while he was still with them on earth. Perhaps they were eagerly waiting as we should be. Matthew twenty five thirteen. Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming. It sounds like an oxymoron, right? Watch because you will not know when I am returning. Matthew twenty four thirty six, but of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but my father only. That follows the Galatian wedding tradition. There are about four movies on that, which I would recommend you watching. Amazon and YouTube carry those feeds. So so far it doesn't look good for us watchers, right? Matthew twenty one, forty two through forty six. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming, but know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming in an hour you do not expect. Who then is faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing. Other than be ready, I still don't think we watchers are fully being persuaded. Matthew thirteen, thirty three through thirty seven. Another parable he spoke to them, the kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid three measures of meal till it was all leavened. All these things Jesus spoke to the multitude in parables, and without a parable, he did not speak to them, that it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by the prophets, saying, I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world. Mark thirteen thirty five through thirty seven. Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming, in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning. Least coming suddenly he finds you sleeping. And what I say to you, I say to all watch. Luke twelve thirty five thirty six. Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning, and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks, they may open to him immediately. Luke twenty one eight, and he said, Take heed that you do not be deceived, for many will come in my name saying I am he, and the time has drawn near, therefore do not go after them. Two thousand years ago he said this Luke twenty one thirty six. Watch therefore and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man. That is actually talking about the rapture. Okay, so a bonus is that we will compare a parable with a Jewish idiom before getting back to it. Maybe it will help us to understand why Jesus used them so much. While related, a parable and an idiom are different literary and linguistic devices in the Bible. A parable is an extended metaphorical story designed to teach a moral lesson, whereas an idiom is a common phrase or expression unique to a specific culture that shouldn't be taken literally, like its reigning cats and dogs. Key differences at a glance a parable, by definition, an earthly story with a heavenly or moral meaning meant to challenge perspective, an idiom definition, a common phrase where the figurative meaning differs from the literal words, e.g. passing through the eye of a needle. The biblical word is mishal or parabole B O L E meaning to place aside, by side or compare. A Jewish idiom doesn't have a biblical word. Function to compare a physical reality to a spiritual truth. Function of a Jewish idiom, color or convey an emotion using recognizable community slang. Examples the parable of the Good Samaritan or the parable of the lost sheep. An example of a Jewish idiom, gird up your loins, meaning to prepare for action, or heap burning coals, meaning to show unexpected kindness. And some of you probably thought that was meant to like burn somebody. Like the Bible says to love your enemy, and in so doing, you will heap burning coals upon their head. That means you are showing unexpected kindness, which will bring conviction and hopefully salvation. Parables and idioms share a deep cultural connection. Both are rooted in the ancient Near Eastern Hebrew way of thinking. Instead of using abstract philosophical arguments, like the Greeks, the biblical writers used highly tangible everyday cultural images. In the original language of the Old Testament, the Hebrew word for parable is mishal. While it specifically describes comparative stories, it can also encompass proverbs, riddles, and figurative expressions. Because of this translation crossover, some biblical phrases can easily feel like a blend of both. Alright, back to more scriptures. Romans eight twenty three. Not only that, but we also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. Romans thirteen, eleven through twelve. And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Okay, so it looks like we're heading in the intended direction now. Romans sixteen twenty, and the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you, amen. Okay, well it does use the word shortly, which is clearly, well, maybe not clearly, saying that Jesus is soon to return. First Corinthians one seven, so that you come short in no gift, eagerly waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ. Okay, so let's do it the way we do. Eager is defined as to be eager means having or showing a keen, enthusiastic or impatient desire to do, get or experience something. It describes a state of ardent excitement, where someone is very much looking forward to a specific action or outcome. While it generally implies enthusiasm, the word's exact nuances depends on how it is used. Eager to infinitive shows an intense desire to take action. An example she was eager to learn. Eager for highlights a strong desire to receive something. An example, the fans were eager for news. Synonyms excited, avid, keen, enthusiastic, and raring. Sounds like it supports the watching analysis, right? First Corinthians sixteen twenty two. If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed, O Lord, come. Yes, it is not all finding games, which is why after Paul sent the curse upon the unbelieving murderous community, he prayed in what sounded like desperation. O Lord, come. Philippians three twenty, for our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. So we are getting some redundancy support, right? Philippians four five. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. You know we're going to look deeper at the meaning of at hand, right? In Philippians four four and verse five, the Lord is at hand means Jesus Christ is near. Biblical scholars point to two specific ways the nearness applies imminent return. Christ's second coming is approaching, so believers should remain steadfast and faithful, and present comfort. The Lord is always with you right now by his spirit to strengthen and console you. At hand simply tells us why we are to be watching, not date setting, but to know like perhaps we know when summer or spring arrives. Thessalonians one ten, and to wait for a son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come. Not sure why the author included this other than to tell you that the wrath of God is coming, and we know that it comes during the seven year tribulation, which kicks off after the remaining seals are open. We are currently in the second seal, birth pangs, of which the fiery red horse is riding and completing his birth pang business. The third horse gallops about the end of this year, beginning of two thousand twenty seven. Maybe it is the word wait that kicks off the watch process. Thessalonians two for you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. Second Thessalonians Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. If you are a drinker, you cannot be a thinker or a watcher. I speak from some horrible drinking experiences. Timothy six fourteen that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ's appearing. Second Timothy four eight. Finally there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to me on that day, and not to me only, but also to all who have loved his appearing. I know not specifically a watching scripture, but one that applies that people were waiting for his appearing, and when it came they loved it. Well, we are to be watching for his appearing, right? Titus two thirteen, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. We're on a roll now. Hebrews nine twenty eight. So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, to those who eagerly wait for him. He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. Hebrews ten twenty four through twenty five, and let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembly of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the day approaching. That day is approaching now, my friends. These scriptures are real right now. Can we say watch for the day to be here and remain spiritually correct? Hebrews ten thirty seven for yet a little while, and he who is coming will come and will not tarry. I know, we may know how this is defined, but let's look at it anyways. In the Bible, tarry means to wait, linger, or remain in a place with expectation. It is a frequent term in older translations like the King James Version. Rather than passive idleness, biblical tarrying involves pausing, trusting in God's timing, and actively seeking his presence or promises. Kee biblical context and meanings, physical waiting often is simply refers to staying or lodging somewhere for a time, such as Lot inviting visitors to tarry all night in Genesis nineteen two. Tarry for God's power. In the New Testament, Jesus instructed his disciples to tarry in the city of Jerusalem, Luke twenty four, forty nine, until they receive the Holy Spirit. This active, faithful waiting on God is often referred to in modern devotionals as spiritual tarrying, where believers spend intentional time in prayer and worship, anticipating the Holy Spirit's guidance. Waiting on promises Habakkuk two three comforts believers by saying Though it tarry, wait for it, because it will surely come. This highlights the necessity of trusting God's appointed time, even when a divine promise feels delayed. Okay, back to it. James five, seven through nine. Therefore be patient, brethren until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth? Wait patiently for it until it receives the earth and allowed it rain. You also be patient, establishing your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble against one another, brethren, least you be condemned. Behold, the judge is standing at the door. This is why we watch, right? thirteen. Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Being drunk on the cares of this world will keep you spiritually blind. But the end of all things is at hand. Therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. Second Peter three eleven twelve. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for the hastening, the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat. Can we hear from anyone who was in Jesus' family on this subject? Jude one twenty one. Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal salvation. Looking is active unless you're not looking, right? Revelation one three. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it, for the time is near. By the way, it's the only book that has that opening. Blessed is he who reads and those who understand it. I hope you're reading a book of Revelation in these days that it is being fulfilled. Revelation three three. Remember therefore how you are perceived and heard. Hold fast and repent. Therefore, if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you. You see, so he said, If they're not watching, then he's going to come as a thief and they won't know what time. Now apply that to the scripture that says no one knows the day or the hour. Revelation three eleven, behold I am coming quickly. Hold fast to what you have, that no one may take your crown. Revelation sixteen fifteen. Behold I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches and keeps his garments, least he walk naked and they see his shame. Keep in mind we are walking through the book of Revelation, and the things are happening just as this book has stated that they would. Revelation twenty two seven, behold I am coming quickly, blessed is he who keeps the words of this prophecy of the book. Revelation twenty two twelve, and behold I am coming quickly, and my reward is with me, to give to everyone according to his work. I know he told John this nearly two thousand years ago, but as we already know God, use Peter to watch out for the missing the signs of the times. Second Peter three nine. Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle, in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of a reminder, that you may be mindful of the words which are spoken before the holy prophets, and of the commandments of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, knowing this first, that scoffers will come in the last days, and we are now in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, Where is a promise of his coming? So as people start to say this more and more, the scripture is going to be an active word coming to pass. And I believe we're going to hear this on a large scale. Where is he? You said he was going to come, where is he? On we go. For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation, for this they willfully forget, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, at which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. But the heavens and the earth, which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years is one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness, but is long suffering towards us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. God's grace, mercy, and patience shouldn't convince us that he is not at the door. Revelation twenty two twenty. He who testifies to these things says, Surely I am coming quickly. Amen. Even so come Lord Jesus. It cannot be clear that according to God's definition of time he is coming quickly. Second Peter three eight. But beloved, do not forget this one thing that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. Eternity has never had a clock, so if God is instructing us to watch, then watch we must, and the next feast will be completed by our Lord, which is the feast of trumpets, often spelled trumpets. It is also widely known by its Hebrew name, Yan Terua, or in modern Jewish tradition, Rashahana. The Feast of Trumpets begins at sundown on Friday, september eleventh, twenty twenty six, and lasts for two days until nightfall on Sunday, september thirteenth, twenty twenty six. Is this date setting? Nope, because I don't believe the rapture, which comes after the seventh seal has been opened and has completed its responsibility, will take place prior to that event. Each horse rides for about three and a half years, and the fifth through the seventh seals are completed in just one year. This places the end of our watching at about the end of twenty thirty five, according to Stephen Ciolani, who wrote The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the greatest warning of the next ten years. In twenty thirty five, Roshahana and Israel begins at sundown on Wednesday, october third, and continues through the evening of Friday, october fifth. God can move any or all events as it suits his purpose, but in these watch and urgent scriptures, we should at least pay attention to each Roshahana feast up to and including the one that happens october fourth through the fifth, twenty thirty five. There are a lot of other versions about when the rapture will take place, but no doubt it will take place as we watch for the signs that God will display for his bride. If it happens before this date, who will be angry? If it happens shortly after, who can judge the insight of anyone who is at a minimum watching for his return? No one. Now if you go and sell everything you have, quit your job, and run up debt believing you won't be here to pay it off, I question whether you are a believer that reads your Bible at all. You have greater issues than overreacting to predictions. Be found watching and pay attention to the signs. Matthew sixteen, two through three. The answer is said to them, When it is evening you say, It will be fair weather for the sky is red, and in the morning, it will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening. Hypocrites, you know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the time. Read Steve Ciolani's book The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, The Greatest Warning in the Next Ten Years, for more information regarding the signs of the time, watching, and the rapture. You can also read Alan Divio's book titled Summoning the Demon, AI, Aliens, and the Antichrist for a pretty in-depth study of some of these signs which are occurring right now and will be increasing in the days ahead. It is time the end time church believed the entire Bible. It can keep many people from losing their faith and stopping their love from growing cold. The great deception is upon us, and a thorough reading of the Bible can protect you from spiritual blindness, especially in the days when spiritual blindness is already increasing at an alarming rate. Let's close in prayer. May the Lord make you increase in abundant love to one another and to all, so that he may establish your heart's blameness and holiness before your God and Father, becoming of the Lord Jesus with all his saints. Now may the God of peace, the one in whom we call wonderful, counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. May He Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. To our Lord of Lords and our King of Kings, to our high and lifted, our great high priest, who has once and for all paid the price that you might see and hear God. May He hear and respond to our prayers. To our God we stand and pray as He too always lives to make intercession for you, while seated at the right hand of the Father. May the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you it is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ to whom be glory forever and ever. Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. To him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Well, that's it for today.
